Products and delivery

Tryva is AI software for Mac. Work Pro includes Chat and Work; Finance Pro includes Chat and Finance research tools; All Access includes both. Membership is a digital product with no physical shipment. Monthly purchases cover 30 days and yearly purchases 365 days, without automatic renewal. After the server confirms payment, access is assigned to the purchasing account. Use that account in a compatible desktop release and check orders and dates in your account. Renewals follow the existing period.

Downloads and usage conditions

The download page provides the most recently verified stable installer. Product spaces and features depend on account access. Publishing an installer does not mean new memberships are on sale. While sales are closed, product details do not create a paid order. Membership excludes third-party model API and cloud service fees. Access to browsers, apps, files and external services requires authorization. Finance is a research tool, not a trading, investment-management or guaranteed-return service. Users must review AI results.

Refunds and support

Refunds are based on unused membership time, regardless of activation or actual usage hours. See the refund policy for calculations, credits, requests and termination. Contact support with your order number for duplicate charges or delivery problems.
