Tryva Quickstart

Tryva is a local-first AI agent runtime and macOS desktop app. Its core runtime path does not depend on a Tryva cloud subscription.

Download and installation

1. Get the latest DMG or ZIP release manifest from the download page.
2. After launch, download files should come from object storage or a CDN, not the Next.js server process.
3. The first external distribution requires Developer ID signing and Apple notarization.

Model sources

• Tryva can display the public tryva-free model entry by default.
• Users can also connect an OpenAI-compatible model service, OpenRouter, Ollama, LM Studio, or an existing OAuth option.
• Membership affects only website service benefits and must not block the basic capabilities of the local runtime.
