Optional website measurement

Only after you allow it, we record public page visits, download clicks, source categories, receipt times and random daily browser and session IDs. These statistics do not contain accounts, IP addresses, full referrers, search terms, URL parameters or file contents. Declining does not affect functionality. Withdraw through Visitor statistics to stop collection and clear local measurement IDs. Reports cover the last 30 days; older events are removed on subsequent collection or maintenance. Test traffic is excluded. Browser counts are not verified human counts. Existing security logs are separate.

Authentication and security

We process email addresses, phone numbers or WeChat identifiers according to your chosen login method. Verification codes are stored as keyed digests; reviewer passwords as salted hashes. Necessary login cookies, revocable sessions, IP-digest rate limits and security audit records support authentication and abuse prevention.

Invoice information

For invoice requests we collect your delivery email, company name, tax number, order and optional phone/address for issuing, delivering and reconciling invoices.

Payments and support

We process orders, products, amounts, payment-provider transaction identifiers, membership periods and refund states for delivery, reconciliation and support. The payment provider handles payment verification. Tickets and diagnostics you submit help investigate issues. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, model keys or unrelated private files.

Local data and requests

Local conversations, work files and model settings are not automatically uploaded merely because you sign in or buy membership. Authorized cloud-model, external-service or diagnostic calls send the necessary data. Records support service, security, reconciliation and dispute handling. Expired login sessions do not delete orders. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; we verify account ownership and explain any records that need to be retained.
